How EveWritesCopy got 1–2 hours a day back— and clients who stay longer.

EveWritesCopy is Evenezer “Eve” Jose, a copywriter who writes LinkedIn posts for co-founders of growing marketing agencies. Finding the right co-founders took him one to two hours a day. We built a prospecting tool that finds and qualifies them fully automatically — and puts them straight into his CRM, Attio.

Evenezer Jose
“I used to spend one to two hours a day finding co-founders and checking whether they were even worth contacting — five minutes a lead, and often for nothing. Now the right ones land in Attio on their own. I put that time into the conversations and into the posts I write for my clients, and it shows: they stay longer, because they feel better taken care of.”

Background

Eve is a skilled copywriter with a clear niche: he writes LinkedIn posts for co-founders of growing marketing agencies. His clients are founders who should be visible on LinkedIn but do not have the time to write themselves.

He finds new clients by reaching out to founders on LinkedIn himself. It works — but only if it is the right founder, at the right agency, at the right time.

The challenge

There was no shortage of agencies. Working out which of them were worth contacting took time from everything else.

  • Co-founders were found by hand

Eve looked up marketing agencies on LinkedIn himself, and then the people who founded them. Every name was a search, a profile and a guess.

  • Both founders had to be in it for real

A co-founder on paper is not a client. Eve needed to see that the other founder actually ran the business, or was an active part of it — not someone who had moved on long ago.

  • Is the agency growing — or not?

Eve’s clients are agencies that are growing. He looked for signs of it — new hires, new clients, a team getting bigger — before getting in touch.

  • Five minutes, even on the wrong lead

Qualifying one lead took around five minutes. Every lead that did not fit was five minutes wasted — and one to two hours a day went into finding the ones worth contacting.

What we built

The same system we build for every client — configured around Eve’s ideal customer. It does everything Eve did by hand, for every agency, fully automatically.

The right agency, and founders who are actually in it

The system finds the marketing agencies and their co-founders, and checks that the other founder actually runs the business or is an active part of it. At the same time it reads whether the agency is growing — or standing still.

Two target groups, sorted by how much they post

What decides it for Eve is how the founder uses LinkedIn today. Those who do not post at all, but run an agency that is growing, are one target group. Those who post a little — one to five times a month — but have never really picked up are the other. Those who already post three to five times a week have it covered and put a lot of focus on it themselves. They are left out.

Straight into Attio

Every qualified co-founder lands in Attio, the CRM Eve already used — with the agency, the target group and what made them qualify. So he keeps track of every lead without moving anything over by hand.

The time went to his clients

The biggest difference does not show in the LinkedIn searches. It shows in everything Eve now has time for.

When the leads arrive qualified, he can spend his time building genuine connections with the co-founders he talks to, instead of sifting through the ones who would never fit. And he can put more care into the posts and content he writes for the clients he already has.

The time that went into searching now goes to his clients — and they stay longer.

His clients notice. They have started to stay longer, because they feel better taken care of. The tool did not just save time on LinkedIn — it made the work Eve sells better.

The results

Less searching.Better posts.

Eve no longer spends one to two hours a day finding the right co-founders. The time goes into the conversations and into the posts — and his clients stay longer.

  • No lead is qualified by hand

The founders, the growth and how much they post are read automatically. The five minutes per lead are gone — for the ones that did not fit, too.

  • One to two hours back every day

The time that went into finding the right co-founders now goes into talking to them.

  • Better posts for his clients

More time for writing means more care in every post Eve writes for his clients.

  • Clients who stay longer

Eve’s clients have started to stay longer — they feel better taken care of.
